In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Natrona County Mustangs soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the East Thunderbirds.
The Mustangs (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Kelly Walsh (Casper, WY). The Trojans come into the 4A West battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Kelly Walsh nudged East (Cheyenne, WY), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
The Thunderbirds (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Thunder Basin (Gillette, WY). The Bolts come into the 4A East battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Thunder Basin nudged Rock Springs (Rock Springs, WY), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
