The Pershing County Mustangs routed the host Incline Highlanders softball squad by a final score of 17-2 in Saturday's league battle.

The Mustangs (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Incline (Incline Village, NV). The Highlanders go into the 2A- Northern battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Incline was routed by Pershing County (Lovelock, NV), 15-0, in a league battle.

The Highlanders now possess a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Pershing County for a 2A- Northern battle on Saturday, March 19. Incline will meet a Mustangs squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Incline (Incline Village, NV). The Mustangs record now stands at 5-1.
