Alabama High School Baseball - Blount loses to Murphy

The Blount Leopards baseball team (Eight Mile, AL), was overwhelmed 10-2 in Tuesday's league outing with the host Murphy Panthers (Mobile, AL)

The Panthers now hold a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Luke's Episcopal for a non-league outing on Wednesday, March 20. Murphy will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 17-2 non-league win over Escambia County (Atmore, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-9.

Next, the Leopards confront the Escambia County Blue Devils (Atmore, AL) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 21. Blount will attempt to advance on its 1-8 season record. The Blue Devils go into the outing with a 2-10 record after their 17-2 non-league loss to St. Luke's Episcopal (Mobile, AL).
