The Holly Pond Broncos baseball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting West End Patriots to 9 in the Broncos league victory on Tuesday.
The Broncos (3-8) will now prepare for their match against Brindlee Mountain (Guntersville, AL). The Lions go into the non-league match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Brindlee Mountain was edged by Woodville (Woodville, AL), 19-9, in a non-league match.
The Patriots (2-9) will now prepare for their match against Locust Fork (Locust Fork, AL). The Hornets go into the 2A Area 12 match with a 10-7 record.
