The Thornwell Saints crushed the visiting McCormick Chiefs baseball team by a count of 18-3 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Saints now possess a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Great Falls for a non-league bout on Wednesday, March 20. Thornwell will face a Red Devils team coming off a 13-1 league loss to Lewisville (Richburg, SC). The Red Devils record now stands at 0-7.
