The Miller School of Albemarle Mavericks the visiting St. Anne's-Belfield Saints baseball team by a tally of 6-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Mavericks now hold a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Benedictine for a bout on Thursday, March 21. Miller School of Albemarle will face a Cadets team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Walsingham Academy (Williamsburg, VA). The Cadets record now stands at 3-0.
Next, the Saints face the Flint Hill Huskies (Oakton, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 22. St. Anne's-Belfield will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Huskies enter the bout with a 0-5 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Episcopal (Alexandria, VA).
