The Valley View Tigers baseball team (Pharr, TX), was overwhelmed 8-0 in Tuesday's league outing with the host Vela Sabercats (Edinburg, TX)

The Sabercats now hold a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley View for a 5A Region IV District 31 outing on Friday, March 22. Vela will confront a Tigers team coming off a 8-0 league loss to Vela (Edinburg, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 8-7.
