The Leigh Longhorns volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Prospect Panthers to 0 in the Longhorns league victory on Tuesday.
The Longhorns now have a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Evergreen Valley for a game on Thursday, March 21. Leigh will meet a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 league win over Independence (San Jose, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 10-1.
The Panthers (4-5) will now prepare for their game against Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA). The Pirates enter the game with a 2-0 record. In their last game, Piedmont Hills gained a win over Leland (San Jose, CA), 2-1, in a league game.
