The Cathedral City Lions volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Coachella Valley Mighty Arabs to 1 in the Lions league victory on Tuesday.

The Lions now have a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Xavier Prep for a Desert Valley game on Thursday, March 21. Cathedral City will meet a Saints team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Indio (Indio, CA). The Saints record now stands at 2-9.

The Mighty Arabs (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Desert Hot Springs (Desert Hot Springs, CA). The Golden Eagles enter the Desert Valley game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Desert Hot Springs dropped by Desert Mirage (Thermal, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
