The Morningside Monarchs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Centennial Apaches to 0 in the Monarchs league victory on Tuesday.

The Monarchs now possess a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Inglewood for a Ocean game on Thursday, March 21. Morningside will meet a Sentinels team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Hawthorne (Hawthorne, CA). The Sentinels record now stands at 2-10.

The Apaches (0-9) will now prepare for their game against Beverly Hills (Beverly Hills, CA). The Normans enter the Ocean game with a 4-11 record. In their last game, Beverly Hills defeated Robert F. Kennedy Community (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
