The San Gabriel Matadors volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Montebello Oilers to 0 in the Matadors league victory on Tuesday.

The Matadors now possess a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Alhambra for a Almont game on Thursday, March 21. San Gabriel will meet a Moors team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Schurr (Montebello, CA). The Moors record now stands at 3-6.

The Oilers (10-11) will now prepare for their game against Bell Gardens (Bell Gardens, CA). The Lancers enter the Almont game with a 4-9 record. In their last game, Bell Gardens was dropped by Mark Keppel (Alhambra, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
