With the triumph, Alexander Central moves its record to 6-0 on the year. The Cougars host Canon-McMillan (Canonsburg, PA) to clash with the Big Macs in a non-league game on Wednesday, March 20. The Big Macs come into the game with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Huskies clash with the North Surry Greyhounds (Mount Airy, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 20. Ashe County will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
