Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Oak Ridge Trojans (El Dorado Hills, CA), 30-8 in a league challenge.

The Golden Eagles now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Rocklin for a challenge on Thursday, March 21. Del Oro will battle a Thunder squad coming off a 30-2 league win over Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA). The Thunder record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Oak Ridge falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Trojans host Whitney (Rocklin, CA) to battle the Wildcats in a challenge on Thursday, March 21. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 5-2. Whitney won 7-0 in their recent league challenge against Folsom (Folsom, CA)
