North Central Knights (Kershaw, SC) fans were thrilled Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Eau Claire Shamrocks (Columbia, SC), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Knights face the Cheraw Braves (Cheraw, SC) in a AA Region 5 challenge, on Thursday, March 21. North Central will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Braves enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 3-0 league loss to Andrew Jackson (Kershaw, SC).

The Shamrocks now have a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they host North Central for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 22. Eau Claire will face a Knights team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Cheraw (Cheraw, SC). The Knights record now stands at 2-4.
