The crowd at Tuesday's non-league match between the Barnwell Warhorses (Barnwell, SC) and the visiting Aiken Fighting Green Hornets (Aiken, SC), saw Barnwell's softball squad achieve victory over Aiken by a count of 18-0.

The Warhorses now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wagener-Salley for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 20. Barnwell will face a War Eagles squad coming off a 11-7 non-league loss to Woodland (Dorchester, SC). The War Eagles record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Aiken falls to 1-8 on the campaign. The Fighting green hornets host Midland Valley (Graniteville, SC) to face the Mustangs in a AAAA Region 4 match on Wednesday, March 20. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 5-0. Midland Valley won 16-1 in their recent league match against Aiken (Aiken, SC)
