The Lakewood Lancers softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Cabrillo Jaguars to 0 in the Lancers league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Lakewood improves its record to 7-6 on the year. The Lancers travel to Millikan (Long Beach, CA) to clash with the Rams in a Moore game on Tuesday, March 26. The Rams come into the game with a record of 10-6. Millikan won 13-0 in their recent league game against Jordan (Long Beach, CA)

In their next game, the Jaguars clash with the Rancho Dominguez Lobos (Long Beach, CA) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 22. Cabrillo will attempt to improve on its 1-7 season record. The Lobos come into the game with a 4-2 record after their 19-0 league loss to San Pedro (San Pedro, CA).
