The Clarkdale Bulldogs softball team scored 2 runs and limited the host Union Yellowjackets to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Clarkdale moves its record to 3-2 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to West Harrison (Gulfport, MS) to clash with the Hurricanes in a non-league game on Saturday, March 23. The Hurricanes come into the game with a record of 6-7.
In their next game, the Yellowjackets clash with the Enterprise Bulldogs (Enterprise, MS) in a 3A Region 5 game, on Friday, March 22. Union will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 3-3 record after their 16-0 non-league win over Kemper County (DeKalb, MS).
