North Carolina High School Softball - South Point falls to Crest

In Tuesday's league outing, the host Crest Chargers softball team scored a nice 17-2 win over the South Point Red Raiders.

Coming up next, the Chargers encounter the Huss Huskies (Gastonia, NC) in a Big South 3A outing, on Thursday, March 21. Crest will attempt to upgrade on its 6-1 season record. The Huskies enter the outing with a 0-4 record after their 17-2 league loss to Stuart W. Cramer (Belmont, NC).

The Red Raiders (6-2) will now prepare for their outing against Forestview (Gastonia, NC). The Jaguars enter the Big South 3A outing with a 4-4 record. In their last outing, Forestview was routed by Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC), 9-0, in a league outing.
