North Carolina High School Softball - East Rowan holds off West Rowan

The East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) softball the visiting West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC), 3-1 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Mustangs (5-1) will now prepare for their bout against Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC). The Knights go into the South Piedmont 3A bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Lake Norman Charter by Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC), 12-2, in a league bout.

The Falcons now possess a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Robinson for a South Piedmont 3A bout on Wednesday, March 20. West Rowan will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 13-3 league loss to South Rowan (China Grove, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-5.
