The Chargers now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they host Colonial Beach for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 21. Middlesex will face a Drifters squad coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Caroline (Milford, VA). The Drifters record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Essex falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to James Monroe (Fredericksburg, VA) to face the Yellow Jackets in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 21.
