The Estancia Bears softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Moriarty Pintos to 1 in the Bears non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Estancia improves its record to 1-0 on the year. The Bears host Mora (Mora, NM) to clash with the Rangers/Rangerettes in a non-league game on Thursday, March 21. The Rangers/Rangerettes come into the game with a record of 2-0. Mora won 26-11 in their recent non-league game against Clayton (Clayton, NM)

In their next game, the Pintos clash with the Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 22. Moriarty will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Huskies come into the game with a 2-0 record after their 18-7 non-league win over Highland (Albuquerque, NM).
