The Fleming County Panthers routed the visiting Nicholas County Bluejackets softball squad by a count of 9-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle.

The Panthers (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Pendleton County (Falmouth, KY). The Wildcats go into the non-league battle with a 0-0 record.

The Bluejackets now sport a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bath County for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 21. Nicholas County will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over George Rogers Clark (Winchester, KY). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-1.
