The Lake Minneola Hawks softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Forest Wildcats to 7 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Lake Minneola improves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Hawks host Pasco (Dade City, FL) to clash with the Pirates in a non-league game on Thursday, March 21. The Pirates come into the game with a record of 4-3. Pasco won 14-3 in their recent non-league game against South Lake (Groveland, FL)

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the DeLand Bulldogs (DeLand, FL) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 20. Forest will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 7-4 record after their 8-7 non-league loss to New Smyrna Beach (New Smyrna Beach, FL).
