The Hillcrest Panthers softball team scored 22 runs and limited the host Jefferson Patriots to 20 in the Panthers league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Hillcrest moves its record to 2-15 on the year. The Panthers travel to South Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX) to clash with the Bears in a 5A Region II District 11 game on Friday, March 22. The Bears come into the game with a record of 2-2. South Oak Cliff won 13-5 in their recent non-league game against Carter (Dallas, TX)

In their next game, the Patriots clash with the Molina Jaguars (Dallas, TX) in a 5A Region II District 11 game, on Friday, March 22. Jefferson will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Jaguars come into the game with a 13-5 record after their 7-6 league win over Wilson (Dallas, TX).
