Taylor Ducks (Taylor, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Manor New Tech (Manor, TX), 11-0 in a league challenge.

The Ducks now own a 10-11 record. They take the field next when they host La Grange for a 4A Region III District 22 challenge on Friday, March 22. Taylor will battle a Leopards squad coming off a 7-4 league win over Smithville (Smithville, TX). The Leopards record now stands at 7-8.

With the loss, Manor New Tech falls to 2-18 on the campaign. The travel to Giddings (Giddings, TX) to battle the Buffaloes in a 4A Region III District 22 challenge on Friday, March 22. The Buffaloes enter the challenge with a record of 6-8. Giddings lost 10-9 in their recent league challenge against Caldwell (Caldwell, TX)
