Starks Panthers (Starks, LA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting South Cameron Tarpons (Creole, LA), 20-0 in a league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 9-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Singer for a C District 4 challenge on Thursday, March 21. Starks will battle a Hornets squad coming off a 17-9 league loss to Hackberry (Hackberry, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 3-6.

With the loss, South Cameron falls to 6-10 on the campaign. The Tarpons travel to Johnson Bayou (Cameron, LA) to battle the Rebels in a C District 4 challenge on Thursday, March 21. The Rebels enter the challenge with a record of 0-5. Johnson Bayou lost 20-0 in their recent league challenge against Hackberry (Hackberry, LA)
