The St. Paul Buckaroos (St. Paul, OR) baseball trounced the visiting Irrigon Knights (Irrigon, OR), 9-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Buckaroos now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Santiam for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 20. St. Paul will clash with a Wolverines team coming off a 8-1 non-league loss to Kennedy (Mt. Angel, OR). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Irrigon drops to 0-1 on the year. The Knights host Central Linn (Halsey, OR) to clash with the Cobras in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 26. The Cobras go into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
