Alabama High School Baseball - Pell City wallops Shades Valley

The Pell City Panthers (Pell City, AL) baseball trounced the host Shades Valley Mounties (Birmingham, AL), 17-4 in Wednesday's league challenge.
The Panthers now own a 8-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Leeds for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 20. Pell City will clash with a Greenwave team coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Briarwood Christian (Birmingham, AL). The Greenwave record now stands at 11-4.
With the defeat, Shades Valley drops to 1-14 on the year. The Mounties travel to Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, AL) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 21. The Spartans go into the challenge with a record of 7-7. Pleasant Grove won 14-9 in their recent league challenge against Fairfield (Fairfield, AL)
