In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Thomas Jefferson baseball team scored a nice 13-3 win over the South Plaquemines Hurricanes.
The (3-9) will now prepare for their game against Benjamin Franklin (New Orleans, LA). The Falcons go into the non-league game with a 5-10 record. In their last game, Benjamin Franklin was overwhelmed by L.W. Higgins (Marrero, LA), 11-0, in a league game.
Next, the Hurricanes play the Booker T. Washington Lions (New Orleans, LA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 20. South Plaquemines will attempt to improve on its 6-4 season record.
