California High School Volleyball - Woodland Christian bounced by Mesa Verde

The Woodland Christian Cardinals volleyball squad (Woodland, CA), was defeated 3-0 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Mesa Verde Mavericks (Citrus Heights, CA)

With the win, Mesa Verde improves its record to 5-4 on the season. The Mavericks host Union Mine (El Dorado, CA) to encounter the Diamondbacks in a non-league battle on Friday, March 21. The Diamondbacks go into the battle with a record of 2-6. Union Mine won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Bradshaw Christian (Sacramento, CA)

The Cardinals now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Stockton Christian for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 22.
