The Highland Hawks lacrosse team (Warrenton, VA), was overwhelmed 15-9 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Oakcrest Chargers (McLean, VA)
With the victory, Oakcrest advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Chargers travel to Saint John Paul the Great Catholic (Dumfries, VA) to encounter the Wolves in a Virginia Independent battle on Tuesday, March 25. The Wolves come into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Hawks now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oakcrest for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 1.
