The Balboa Buccaneers baseball team scored 11 runs and held the visiting Galileo Lions to 9 in the Buccaneers league win on Wednesday.
The Buccaneers now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Lowell for a test on Wednesday, March 26.
With the defeat, Galileo drops to 0-2 on the year. The Lions host Lincoln (San Francisco, CA) to play the Mustangs in a test on Friday, March 21. The Mustangs go into the test with a record of 2-4. Lincoln won 7-2 in their recent league test against Washington (San Francisco, CA)
