The Carbon Dinos baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting North Sanpete Hawks to 4 in the Dinos non-league win on Wednesday.
The Dinos now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Salem Hills for a non-league test on Thursday, March 20. Carbon will play a Skyhawks team coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to Spanish Fork (Spanish Fork, UT). The Skyhawks record now stands at 3-1.
With the defeat, North Sanpete drops to 2-1 on the year. The Hawks host Carbon (Price, UT) to play the Dinos in a non-league test on Friday, March 21. The Dinos go into the test with a record of 2-0.
