Seaholm Maples (Birmingham, MI) backers exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the visiting Dakota Cougars (Macomb, MI), 12-4 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Seaholm improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Maples host Forest Hills Central (Grand Rapids, MI) to play the Rangers in a non-league game on Tuesday, April 1. The Rangers come into the game with a record of 0-2.

The Cougars now have a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to De La Salle Collegiate for a non-league game on Thursday, March 20.
