May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC) supporters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Bishop England Battling Bishops (Charleston, SC), 21-0 in a league game.

With the triumph, May River improves its record to 4-3 on the year. The Sharks travel to Hilton Head Island (Hilton Head Island, SC) to play the Seahawks in a AAAA Region 6 game on Friday, March 21. The Seahawks enter the game with a record of 1-6. Hilton Head Island lost 22-8 in their recent non-league game against Battery Creek (Beaufort, SC)

The Battling Bishops now hold a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Bluffton for a AAAA Region 6 game on Wednesday, March 26.
