The Jeffersontown Chargers softball team scored 16 runs and held the visiting Seneca Red Hawks to 0 in the Chargers non-league win on Wednesday.

The Chargers now sport a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fairdale for a non-league battle on Monday, March 24. Jeffersontown will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 16-5 non-league loss to Spencer County (Taylorsville, KY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Seneca moves to 0-1 on the season. The Red hawks travel to Southern (Louisville, KY) to confront the Trojans in a non-league battle on Monday, March 24. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 0-2.
