Florida High School Baseball - Ponce De Leon sneaks past Bethlehem

In Thursday's league match, the visiting Ponce De Leon Pirates baseball squad scored a tight 7-6 triumph over the Bethlehem Wildcats.

With the triumph, Ponce De Leon moves its record to 3-11 on the season. The Pirates travel to Rocky Bayou Christian (Niceville, FL) to confront the Knights in a non-league match on Monday, March 30. The Knights come into the match with a record of 6-7.

The Wildcats now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Vernon for a Rural District 2 match on Friday, March 20. Bethlehem will play a Yellowjackets team coming off a 14-9 non-league loss to Blountstown (Blountstown, FL). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 9-5.
