The McKinley Panthers crushed the visiting Broadmoor Buccaneers baseball team by a tally of 20-4 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Panthers now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Scotlandville for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 3. McKinley will face a Hornets team coming off a 21-0 non-league loss to Liberty Magnet (Baton Rouge, LA). The Hornets record now stands at 0-3.

Next, the Buccaneers face the Woodlawn-B.R. Panthers (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 5. Broadmoor will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 2-4 record after their 25-2 non-league win over Family Christian (Baton Rouge, LA).
