In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC) baseball squad edged the visiting Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC), by a final score of 10-9.
With the win, Lincolnton upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Wolves travel to R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC) to battle the Hilltoppers in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 4. The Hilltoppers come into the challenge with a record of 1-0. R-S Central won 5-2 in their recent non-league challenge against East Henderson (East Flat Rock, NC)
With the defeat, Highland Tech falls to 1-1 on the season. The Rams travel to Huss (Gastonia, NC) to battle the Huskies in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 3. The Huskies come into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
