In Wednesday's non-league test, the visiting Swansboro Pirates lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-6 victory over the Havelock Rams.
The Pirates now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host J.H. Rose for a non-league test on Monday, March 7. Swansboro will face a Rampants squad coming off a 13-4 non-league win over D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC). The Rampants record now stands at 2-1.
In their next game, the Rams face the White Oak Vikings (Jacksonville, NC) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 3. Havelock will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 0-2 record after their 19-0 non-league loss to West Brunswick (Shallotte, NC).
