The Eastern Wayne Warriors smashed the visiting Greene Central Rams soccer squad by a margin of 5-1 in Wednesday's non-league match.

The Warriors now sport a 1-0 record. They play next when they travel to Southern Wayne for a non-league match on Friday, March 4.

With the loss, Greene Central drops to 0-1 on the season. The Rams host North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC) to encounter the Hawks in a non-league match on Friday, March 4. The Hawks come into the match with a record of 0-1. North Lenoir lost 2-1 in their recent non-league match against North Pitt (Bethel, NC)
