Alabama High School Softball - Pleasant Grove falls to Hueytown

In Wednesday's non-league outing, the visiting Hueytown Golden Gophers softball team scored a nice 16-0 win over the Pleasant Grove Spartans.
Coming up next, the Golden Gophers battle the McAdory Yellowjackets (McCalla, AL) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 3. Hueytown will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record. The Yellowjackets enter the outing with a 2-4 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Moody (Moody, AL).
The Spartans (1-1) will now prepare for their outing against Minor (Adamsville, AL). The Tigers enter the non-league outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Minor ran past Ramsay (Birmingham, AL), 13-12, in a non-league outing.
