The McArthur Mustangs softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Everglades Gators to 11 in the Mustangs league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, McArthur improves its record to 1-1 on the year. The Mustangs travel to South Broward (Hollywood, FL) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 6A District 14 game on Wednesday, March 16. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 1-2.

In their next game, the Gators clash with the South Broward Bulldogs (Hollywood, FL) in a 6A District 14 game, on Thursday, March 3. Everglades will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Bulldogs come into the game with a 0-2 record after their 16-6 non-league loss to Taravella (Coral Springs, FL).
