In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Bentonville West Wolverines basketball team scored a tight 55-51 triumph over the Fayetteville Bulldogs.
In their next game, the Wolverines meet the Springdale Bulldogs (Springdale, AR) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 4. Bentonville West will attempt to move on its 26-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 19-7 record after their 60-55 non-league win over Central (Little Rock, AR).
With the defeat, Fayetteville moves to 19-11 on the year.
