Kentucky High School Basketball - Carlisle County nips Graves County

Carlisle County Comets (Bardwell, KY) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Graves County Eagles (Mayfield, KY), 56-51 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Carlisle County upgrades its record to 17-14 on the campaign. The Comets travel to McCracken County (Paducah, KY) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 4. The Mustangs come into the bout with a record of 22-3. McCracken County lost 44-41 in their recent non-league bout against Murray (Murray, KY)
