Wyoming High School Basketball - Natrona County nipped by East

The East Thunderbirds tipped the visiting Natrona County Mustangs basketball team by a final score of 40-34 in Thursday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Thunderbirds face the Thunder Basin Bolts (Gillette, WY) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 4. East will attempt to move on its 21-2 season record. The Bolts enter the game with a 19-4 record after their 62-52 non-league win over Central (Cheyenne, WY).

With the defeat, Natrona County moves to 11-13 on the year. The Mustangs host Campbell County (Gillette, WY) to face the Camels in a non-league game on Friday, March 3. The Camels enter the game with a record of 13-9. Campbell County lost 63-51 in their recent non-league game against Laramie (Laramie, WY)
