In Thursday's non-league test, the host Riverdale Raiders lacrosse squad scored a tight 9-4 victory over the Marco Island Academy Rays.
The Raiders now have a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fort Myers for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 7. Riverdale will face a Green Wave squad coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Estero (Estero, FL). The Green Wave record now stands at 3-1.
In their next game, the Rays face the Cypress Lake Panthers (Fort Myers, FL) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 7. Marco Island Academy will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 1-4 record after their 10-6 non-league win over Lely (Naples, FL).
