Clinton Arrows (Clinton, MS) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Wesson Cobras (Wesson, MS), 12-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Arrows now own a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Hernando for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 4. Clinton will face a Tigers squad coming off a 13-3 non-league win over Senatobia (Senatobia, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Wesson falls to 2-3 on the campaign. The Cobras host Salem (Tylertown, MS) to face the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, March 3. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 0-0.
