Three Rivers Bulldogs (Three Rivers, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Cole Cougars (San Antonio, TX), 11-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 14-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Karnes City for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 2. Three Rivers will battle a Badgers squad coming off a 17-1 non-league win over Runge (Runge, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 3-10.

With the loss, Cole falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Randolph (Universal City, TX) to battle the Ro-Hawks in a 3A Region IV District 26 challenge on Friday, March 31. The Ro-Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 0-13.
