In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Mt. Vernon-Enola Warhawks basketball team scored a tight 60-54 triumph over the Riverside Rebels.
In their next game, the Warhawks meet the Mansfield Tigers (Mansfield, AR) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 9. Mt. Vernon-Enola will attempt to move on its 38-0 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 31-0 record after their 61-52 non-league win over Izard County (Brockwell, AR).
With the defeat, Riverside moves to 24-6 on the year.
